CT600 tax return to HMRC only
Hello Support Team,
I am ready to submit the CT600 tax return to HMRC only. However, I am seeing a message that I do not understand, which is causing me some doubts before proceeding with the submission.
"Please review the following:
This accounting period (ending 31 December 2024) has already been filed with Companies House (last filed: 31 December 2024). You can still file your CT600, but you will not be able to submit accounts again.
⚠️ Click Submit again if you want to proceed with filing CT600 only (accounts submission will be disabled)."
Could you please clarify this for me?

That message was just confirming that your accounts for this period have already been filed with Companies House, so the system will only submit your CT600 to HMRC - which is exactly what you want.
You're all set to proceed. Just click Submit again and your CT600 will be filed.
(We've also updated the system so this message won't appear for CT600-only filings in the future - it was unnecessarily confusing!)
