Thanks for getting in touch. I've looked into your account and can see what happened.

It looks like you started filling in the form, then signed up and paid for your subscription, but when you went to submit, your form data hadn't been saved yet.

This can happen if you navigate away from the form before clicking "Continue to Preview" - that's the step that saves your data.

To complete your filing:

1. Go to your TinyTax dashboard

2. Click "File now" next to FS ADVISORY LTD

3. Fill in the form again (period ending 30 April 2025)

4. Click "Continue to Preview" to save your data

5. Then you can submit to HMRC

Your subscription is already active, so there's nothing more to pay.

Let me know if you hit any issues and I'll help you through it.

To be upfront with you - it sounds like your company's situation may be more complex than TinyTax is designed for.

Electric cars: If you're claiming 100% first year allowances on zero-emission vehicles, you'd enter this as a capital allowance. However, if you need detailed asset-by-asset tracking or pool calculations, that's beyond what we offer.

Loss carry back: As I mentioned in my other reply, carrying losses back to amend a previous year's return requires CT600A supplementary pages, which we don't support.

TinyTax is built for straightforward filings - trading companies with simple P&L, standard capital allowances, and losses carried forward. For more complex scenarios like yours, you'd likely be better served by full accounting software (Xero, FreeAgent, etc.) or working with an accountant.

Happy to refund your subscription if TinyTax isn't the right fit - just let me know.
